At the same time, a new generation of men and women is emerging across the region, shaping these dynamics and presenting both challenges and opportunities for security and peacebuilding.
This volatile environment has also created openings for external actors to exploit divisions, further undermining regional security and peace efforts. Traditional peacebuilding models and security frameworks have proven increasingly inadequate in addressing the complexities of modern conflicts. As non-state actors continue to challenge and weaken nation-states, innovative approaches to conflict resolution and stabilization have become more crucial than ever.
